Scope These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through realskincare.dk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products All REAL. products are cosmetic skincare products. They are not medicines and do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results vary between individuals.

Prices & Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Orders & Confirmation An order confirmation sent by email constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Shipping We ship across Europe. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Sealed cosmetic products that have been opened are exempt from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons.

Complaints We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If unresolved, you may contact the Danish Complaint Board (www.forbrug.dk) or use the EU ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing Law These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

Changes We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that purchase.
