Right of Withdrawal As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Danish consumer law (Forbrugeraftaleloven).

To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires by emailing contactofficialreal@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery, for hygiene reasons.

Return Costs You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.

Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at contactofficialreal@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover all costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

2-Year Right of Complaint Under Danish law (Købeloven), you have a 2-year right of complaint if a product is defective or does not match its description. Contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect.
