Processing Time Orders are processed and produced within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Slovakia, France: 6–7 business days
Poland, Finland: 7 business days
Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 4–5 business days
Bulgaria: 8 business days
Croatia, Hungary: 9 business days
Ireland, Slovenia: 10 business days
Portugal, Romania: 11 business days
Greece: 13 business days
United Kingdom: 6–9 business days
Cyprus, Malta: 5–7 business days (express only)
Express shipping (3 business days to most EU countries) is available at checkout.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Countries We Ship To We currently ship to countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Customs & Import Duties For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. If you are ordering from outside the EU (UK, Norway, Switzerland), you may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are your responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contactofficialreal@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contactofficialreal@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
